Privacy Policy

Wedvera is a wedding resale marketplace and mobile app operated by Carr Identity Group. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how users can request access, correction, export, or deletion.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, display name, email address, authentication provider, and account status.
  • Listing content such as titles, descriptions, categories, prices, condition, location, photos, videos, saves, and listing review status.
  • Marketplace activity such as messages, orders, pickup or shipping coordination, reports, support tickets, dispute information, and activity notifications.
  • Payment and payout metadata from payment processors, including checkout, refund, payout, dispute, and connected-account status. Wedvera does not intentionally store raw card numbers or bank account numbers.
  • Technical information such as device, browser or app metadata, IP-derived approximate location, security events, diagnostics, and crash or error logs.

How We Use Information

  • To create accounts, authenticate users, publish approved listings, show marketplace content, and operate buyer and seller workflows.
  • To process checkout, coordinate pickup or shipping, support refunds or disputes, and maintain transaction records.
  • To moderate listings, review reports, block abuse, prevent fraud, enforce marketplace rules, and protect users.
  • To provide support, improve reliability, debug issues, and comply with payment, tax, legal, security, and accounting obligations.

Sharing

Wedvera shares information with service providers only as needed to operate the marketplace, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, payment processing, email, shipping, analytics, support, security, and legal or compliance providers. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our policies, to protect users, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or asset sale.

Retention

  • Account and profile records are retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for support, security, and legal needs.
  • Listings, messages, orders, payments, support tickets, reports, disputes, and admin actions may be retained for marketplace integrity, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, tax, accounting, and legal reasons.
  • Payment processor identifiers and transaction records may be retained for at least seven years when required for tax, accounting, compliance, or dispute obligations.
  • Deleted-account records are minimized where practical, but records tied to completed transactions, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, legal holds, or required bookkeeping may be retained.

Your Choices and Rights

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may limit a request where retention is required for completed transactions, safety, payment processing, tax records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or security. Children

Wedvera is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Wedvera is not intended for children.
