Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account, profile, seller, payout, tax, and listing information and for keeping your account secure.

Marketplace Role

Wedvera provides tools for users to list, discover, purchase, sell, and coordinate wedding-related resale items. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, item condition, ownership, legal right to sell, fulfillment, taxes they owe, and honoring accepted transactions. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, asking questions before checkout, inspecting items promptly, and following support or claim deadlines.

Listings and User Content

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and complete. You may not list stolen, counterfeit, recalled, hazardous, illegal, misleading, infringing, or unsafe items. You grant Wedvera a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, use, and promote your listing photos, videos, descriptions, messages, and other content to operate, moderate, market, and improve the marketplace.

Checkout and Off-Platform Payments

Wedvera transactions should be paid through Wedvera checkout unless we explicitly support another flow. Cash, wire transfers, gift cards, Venmo, Zelle, or other off-platform payment requests may be removed or investigated because they create fraud, refund, and safety risk.

Fulfillment, Refunds, and Disputes

Buyers and sellers must coordinate pickup, shipping, handoff, tracking, and evidence through Wedvera where possible. Wedvera may review reports, support tickets, handoff records, messages, photos, payment status, and other evidence when resolving disputes. Refund, buyer-protection, payout, and chargeback outcomes may depend on payment processor rules, available evidence, and applicable law.

Moderation and Enforcement

Wedvera may remove listings, hide content, pause transactions or payouts, cancel orders, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or escalate issues to payment processors, law enforcement, or legal advisors when needed for safety, policy, fraud, payment, or legal reasons.

Disclaimers

Wedvera does not own most marketplace items and does not guarantee a seller's item condition, availability, authenticity, ownership, delivery, pickup attendance, or tax treatment. The service is provided as available, subject to outages, maintenance, third-party provider issues, and marketplace risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedvera and Carr Identity Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, marketplace disputes, user conduct, or third-party payment/provider failures.
