Use this page for Wedvera marketplace support, account access, listing questions, buyer and seller order issues, payment or payout help, pickup or shipping support, safety reports, privacy requests, and legal notices.
Wedvera is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Contact Support
Email support@wedvera.com. Include the email address on your Wedvera account, the listing or order involved, and a short description of what happened. Attach screenshots only when they do not expose sensitive payment details.
Payment, Refund, and Payout Issues
Buyers and sellers should keep payment, pickup, shipping, and dispute communication inside Wedvera whenever possible. Support may review listings, messages, handoff records, payment status, reports, and evidence before deciding next steps.
Safety and Listing Reports
Report counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, misleading, prohibited, harassing, or off-platform payment activity from inside the app when available. If you cannot access the app, email support@wedvera.com with "Safety report" in the subject.
Privacy and Data Requests
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests should be sent to privacy@wedvera.com. See Data Deletion Request for account and personal-data deletion instructions.
Legal, DMCA, Trademark, and IP Notices
Legal notices, trademark complaints, copyright complaints, DMCA notices, and other IP concerns can be sent to support@wedvera.com with "Legal notice" or "IP notice" in the subject. Wedvera may request additional information to verify ownership, authority, and the affected content.
Expected Response
Wedvera aims to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days. Payment, safety, legal, privacy, and dispute issues may require additional verification or review before resolution.
